I have decided to write on here what I want to do and then I can mark the ones I have done.

1. Get flexible. (I am doing yoga)
2. Learn to play chess.
3. Learn to be a good singer.
4. Do well in school.
5. Learn more in my own time.
6. Get really good at drawing and painting.
7. Get a job.
8. Get money.
9. Finish a picture for mum.
10. Get clear skin. (I think every girl does.)
11. Finish my comic. (Izzy. Hint hint. Nudge nudge. Finish colouring during holidays please.)

It is Halloween today is New Zealand!!! 31st October. (does everyone know where New Zealand is?)

YAY!!! It is my favourite day of the year.
It is an awesome day.

Random Halloween facts and stuff:

1. Orange and black are Halloween colors because orange is associated with the Fall harvest and black is associated with darkness and death.

2. Jack o’ Lanterns originated in Ireland where people placed candles in hollowed-out turnips to keep away spirits and ghosts on the Samhain holiday.

3. Halloween was brought to North America by immigrants from Europe who would celebrate the harvest around a bonfire, share ghost stories, sing, dance and tell fortunes.

4. The ancient Celts thought that spirits and ghosts roamed the countryside on Halloween night. They began wearing masks and costumes to avoid being recognized as human.

5. Halloween is the 2nd most commercially successful holiday, with Christmas being the first.

6. Black cats were once believed to be witch's familiars who protected their powers.

7. To this day, there are vampire clubs and societies with people claiming to be real vampires.

9.Halloween is on October 31st, the last day of the Celtic calendar. It was originally a pagan holiday, honoring the dead. Holloween was referred to as All Hallows Eve and dates back to over 2000 years ago.

10. About 50% of adults dress up for Halloween, while 67% take part in the activities, such as parties, decorating the house and trick-or-treating with their children.

11. Over 10% of pet owners dress their pets in Halloween costumes.

12. Naturally, the still living did not want to be possessed. So on the night of October 31, villagers would extinguish the fires in their homes, to make them cold and undesirable. They would then dress up in all manner of ghoulish costumes and noisily paraded around the neighborhood, being as destructive as possible in order to frighten away spirits looking for bodies to possess.

13. Halloween was originally called Samhain.(pronounced sow-en)

I am going to maybe write a vampire story and who I make a vampire. The boy or the girl.
I am not sure.

I have gone off fanfics for a while. I have no idea what other fanfics to write. I am having trouble with one which I will end soon.
